The Only Question Is...

…what was your favorite part?  Of Knocked Up, that is.  I know you all saw it, right?  My favorite part was, um, the whole thing, except for the end, because I didn’t want it to be over.

Jake laughed so hard his mouth hurt.  I can’t wait to see it again!  A+.

Incidentally, we also saw Waitress this weekend, which I would give a B+.  It was too schmaltzy and overblown, but it mostly worked because Keri Russell was so great in it, and because I love Jeremy Sisto (and Andy Griffith!).  I have said it before, but Keri Russell is the prettiest person that I have ever seen in real life.  Did you see her when she was on Scrubs recently?  Normally Sarah Chalke looks fairly pretty, right?  She’s attractive?  Well, in every scene where she had to sit next to Keri Russell, she looked downright jacked up.  No kidding!  Put her next to Keri Russell and she looked fugly.  Such is the power of Felicity’s beauty.  (Jeremy Sisto is also beautiful, in a different way.  Well, okay, maybe ‘beautiful’ is the wrong word.  I wish I didn’t like him so much, though, because it interfered with the movie for me.  He plays an awful character, but because I love him — way more than the poor man’s Jason Bateman who played the doctor in the movie — I kept thinking, “Maybe they could work things out.”)

I think my favorite line was the one that went something like "So when I'm sitting around on the trampoline smoking crack, you're not going to have anything to do." Loved it.

I loved the whole Vegas hotel room scene with all the chairs. Perfect.

Ditto on Waitress. I really liked Earl's car.

I think my favorite part was the dinner with the two couples, but as I am a sucker for RoGudd, I also loved the Vegas parts. And the sweet montages - I cried and cried when they showed Allison at Lamaze with her sister. And I have HUGE girlcrush on Leslie Mann, as well. And I loved the ongoing beard jokes with Martin/Bill Haverchuck. And the sweet scenes with Harold Ramis - when he tells Ben, "This is a GOOD thing," the tears, they flowed again.

Maybe 'you look like Robin Williams's knuckles' is my favorite, though.

"I have to get in this other chair now" was just so, uh, *right*. I also want Leslie Mann to come over and hang out and do that "ugh" sigh she does.

One of my favorite random things to blurt out is "Let's get some fucking FREEENNCH toast," which is the wrong movie, I realize, but how AWESOME is Leslie Mann???!

I watched the scrubs to which you referred.

Keri is certainly pretty---but Sarah is indestructibly atttractive. Matter of taste----but Sarah is what i need her to be at all times.

"I thought you went to Santa Monica Junior College?"

"Well, I went where I went."

This is really bad, and I have hesitated to post it, but I think that my favorite part was about the trimming of the you-know-what, and how when the other guy went to the bathroom it looked like a stuffed animal. I almost choked then. And I keep thinking about it and laughing, so I thought I'd chime in.

I am gross.
